What almost every church or religious magazine is proclaiming today regarding the return of Jesus is contrary to what Seventh-day Adventists understand to be the truth about the advent.

Furthermore, in this unprecedented surge of interest in the Second Advent, among the books selling in the hundreds of thousands, there is not one written by a Seventh-day Adventist. When this modern religious phenomenon is commented on in the secular press, many persons and churches are referred to as its responsible leaders and driving forces, but in no instance have we read of a reference to Seventh-day Adventists as one of these leading influences. 

Have Seventh-day Adventists become passé, having served their time? Is it time for more dynamic voices to be heard? Why aren't Seventh-day Adventists surrounded by millions who have suddenly discovered how correct Seventh-day Adventist have been all along?
