Cheddar - Like Cheese

Blend the following in a blender until creamy for about one minute

  1. 3/4 cup of water
  2. 1/2 cup of red capsicum
  3. 3/4 tspn celtic salt
  4. 1 tspn onion powder
  5. 1/2 tspn celery salt
  6. 1.2 cup Savoury Yeast flakes
  7. 1 tbspns lemon juice
  8. 1/2 cup tomato paste
  9. 2/3 cup quick oats

Transfer this mixture to a mixing bowl and fold in 2/3 cup of tahini
Spray an oblong pyrex dish or bread pan with cooking spray. Bake the cheese mixture at 350 deg for 50 minutes or till set firm.
