Bean Sauce
Put all of the following into saucepan and let simmer.
- 1 Large onion
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 Large tin crushed tomatoes
- 2 tubs tomato paste
- 1 tin red kidney beans
- 1 tin Mexican beans
- 1/2 tin refried beans
- 1 tbspn sweetener
- 1 packet Taco seasoning mix
- 1 tspn celtic sea salt
- 1/2 tspn garlic powder
- 2 tspn dried basil
